Maya 1 Character Animation

For my friends who went through the horrible ordeal with me, the grades are up.

Hopefully students before me will either help him to improve, or have to suffer the same faith.
Best of luck! *Metaphorical speaking, Maybe ,I don't know, try, read the book ,explore*

so here's what i thought was my best class work, a walk cycle!

I guess it's a great way to end the semester,
knowing that i've narrowed down what i can and like to do and what i don't!

It was a bit of a rush, but all the planning before that paid off, special thanks to Ovetto! and hocky for tips and advise !

I had the feeling of puking the very next day but it was worth it..

Lesson learn never use super glue and then plumbers epoxy in the middle of the night tired and with no ventilation!

Desiree says" the final will be out at the end of the semester, hope noting messes up! Finger's Crossed"

So... for my head and figurative sculpture class, I'm required to do a master copy study, and 3 study of anyone i like and then combine it into one sculpture. If you reed my little notes on my drawings you can kinda figure out what I'm up to...

So i had to back track a little, with my initial idea of doing it all in water base clay, was a huge problem. For one , the bottom most piece is dried solid and it would be to brittle for the entire sculpture to stand , or sculpt all together. I only realize this going all the way to Townsend to ask if it will work, answer NO.

Super sculpy it is.. asides touching it for fun years ago... I'm still rather clueless about!

I welcome any comments and suggestion to how the final sculpture looks or anything that may help me with the process...

I'm also wondering about my armatures, i was wondering if that armature would hold my piece, the dotted lines within the sculpture will be filled with aluminum foil, to block whatever mass that i don't need to waste too much clay in.. and then later remove it an use another type of clay to mount it on the bottom piece that's already done and by then fired, which i will paint over if i have time!

Visual Development

First self Portrait I look WAY TO old YAY! bleah..

Yay! - things will start to evolve from this point on!

A decision I've been procrastinating, worrying and wondering the entire time, but it's thanks to the everyday people i hang around with that made me realized where i currently was did not make me as happy as drawing and creating, so i thank you!, onward and beyond i say!

Let this new challenge begin!

Oh! and if any of you guys see me at the painting workshop, please help me out!
I'll have this really clueless look on my face, but filled with excitement and ready to learn!!!

Summer break!

So i haven't been uploading in awhile -
here's an update on what I'll be doing, did or going to do over the summer..

I did some drawing while i was over in London, wish i had more time to just sit around and draw, but that's never the case when your traveling with people, especially family :) still wanted to spend as much time with them:)

Guy sitting next to me, my dad and a guy in my Current English class.
The British flag, a girl sitting in the plane on my right, and the airport.
Was at the ferry building for bills so call on site drawing class/ workshop - it was quite fun, wish i drew more.. i think i need to plug in my earpiece and draw!

And finally, this semester their holding a children drawing workshop. Its been reinstated since Barbara Bradley stopped working in the school, ( a well known cloth figure and children illustrator) may she rest in peace.

It was super fun, and the KID SO ADORABLE!! My favorite ZOEY! XD - she's my teacher's daughter, Thomas Gronbukt.
